We were humbled by the industry-wide participation in the 2025 convention! It is obvious that our members care deeply about our collective mission to perpetuate Alaska's commercial aviation industry and ensure its prosperity. Our annual convention is supported by attendee and exhibitor fees and sponsorships. Please consider sponsoring part of this year's event to help us continue to be able to host Alaska's largest gathering of local industry stakeholders.

Each year, our convention fills with air carriers, maintenance companies, FAA and NTSB representatives, other government officials, and aviation stakeholders. This is your opportunity to present your brand directly to Alaska's commercial aviation industry.

The Major Convention Sponsor is the dominant event sponsor. The event will be advertised as "The 2026 AACA Convention, sponsored by (your company)." Your company logo will be placed ubiquitously throughout the event: on banners, presentation slides, marketing materials/media, tables, etc. Contact the AACA directly for specific requests.

Major Convention Sponsorship includes a company convention pass. When you add this sponsorship to your cart, your convention pass fee will become $0. An exhibitor booth directly adjacent to the banquet hall entrance is included free of charge with this sponsorship.

Hot Mic: Legends & Libations is one of the most anticipated evenings of the AACA Convention. Set at the Alaska Aviation Museum, the event brings aviation stories to life in a dynamic, live podcast-style format with lounge seating and audience interaction. Each convention day starts with coffee and various continental breakfast items. These sponsorships allow you to place a company banner above the buffet area in a high-traffic location. You can provide us with a banner, or we can print one for you. You can also place marketing materials such as pamphlets, QR codes, swag, and business cards on the buffet tables. The IA Renewal is the most-attended training program during the convention. Each year, the room fills with hundreds of IA aircraft mechanics. This year's training takes place on February 6. Sponsor this event and place a large company banner (provided by you, or we can print one for you) prominently at the front and center of the room, marketing materials at each table, and speak to the audience about your services/products at the beginning of the day or immediately following the lunch break.

Convention Lunches | $800 ea.

Sponsor one or both of the convention lunches. Each day, attendees will mingle with exhibitors when they break for lunch. Your company banner will be displayed prominently above the lunch buffet and marketing materials may be placed on the buffet tables. You can provide us with a banner, or we can print one for you.
